So ordered an original drawing (WDKYMTW) today but foolishly I didn't add this vol 1 to my order so I could avoid paying separate postage and packing. As a supporter of freedom of speech I support your right to draw and mock any idea or individual. I have purchased all your collection as a support but only today decided to open the last collection that has arrived which is this one. I tried to find some substance worthy of my time and money but in all honesty I was not moved. What would I get as a reader from repeated images of Muhammad in all pages just in different customes or characters with few words of why or when it was drawn? Nothing. Not even a smile. I cant't but remember in comparison the great work out there that mocks Mohammad and his religion in drawing including many pieces from Charlie Hebdo or the collection "Jesus and Mo" by the pseudonym Mohammad James, or the collection "Muhammad by Mohamed" by Mohamed Ibrahim where you can both enjoy the simple drawing and the wit of these artists and start thinking about some powerful message of reason. The concept of making people angry for the sake of it is really not that hard of a job. Assholes and bullies like Trump can do it. I know that drawing Mohammad in specific can cost some people their lives, but courage by itself is not enough to rate the work positively. The hard job would be to challenge their comfort zones and have them question their dearly held beliefs whether in religion or politics or any matter. sorry for my harsh words but wanted to be honest here.
